MBED CLI is the backend tool behind developer.MBED.org's online compiler. We are open sourcing this tool to enable users to easily move their code from online to offline development and then back online again. In addition to making it easier to develop your MBED code locally MBED CLI also extends MBED integration to both git and mercurial backends, meaning you can develop your MBED code anywhere you want.
